Studio visit 2

The Whio Year 1s had a great time playing and getting to know our Ahuriri friends from T1 and T4 today.

We had a very exciting day in whio! We have started our clay art. It was so much fun and the children did very well making slabs, coils, and pinch pots using modelling clay. It was great to be able to use lots of creative things to make patterns on our pots. Next week we will begin using the air dry clay to create our final masterpiece!

Run, Jump, Throw

This morning we enjoyed some Run Jump Throw rotations led by our senior students. They did a fantastic job of being leaders and we showed lots of Manawanuitanga - Being your best self, as we tried out some new activities.
